EXCERPTS FROM THE RULES

1. The venue of the Action is the atrium of the Khan Shatyr shopping center, located at 37 Turan Ave., Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan, Z05G9F6, Nura district.

2. The prize fund of the Promotion consists of the following prize:

 - Car brand «EXEED», type «VX», 2023 year of manufacture, in the amount of 1 (one) unit.

3. The general period of the Promotion is from March 21, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to January 12, 2025 to 17:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion period).

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The Participant of the Promotion has the right to refuse to receive the Prize, while no cash/ compensation is paid to the Participant.

4. Participation in the Campaign is open to individuals who have reached the age of 18 and are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan or foreign citizens with a residence permit in Kazakhstan. Restrictions include employees of the Organizer and sponsors, their close relatives, employees of the mall and tenants of premises in the mall, as well as other persons associated with the organization of the Action.

5. The prize draw is conducted by randomly selecting a coupon from the lottery live on the page of the shopping center @khanshatyr on Instagram.

6. To receive the prize, the winner must contact the administration of the shopping center within 5 working days from the end of the draw, providing the necessary documents and confirming the Instagram subscription.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion by posting information on the official page of the shopping center @khanshatyr on the social network Instagram.

8. Participants agree to the use of their data and materials for advertising purposes without remuneration. The winners also agree to be interviewed and filmed for advertising without additional remuneration.

9. All taxes, as well as any other mandatory payments to the budget, are paid by the winners of the Promotion independently and at their own expense to the Organizer, as a tax agent in accordance with the current tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  The Participant of the action can find the full list of rules on the website www.khanshatyr.com.
